Usually, these decanters will have a stopper, cork, topper, or server that allows it to be served directly from the decanter. Decanters are usually beautiful and are often crystal and have elegant etchings along the side telling people what the contents of that decanter are. Usually, decanters come in sets ranging from two to four.

When deciding which of your liquors into a fine decanter, you can often choose to have the decanter engraved by the manufacturer with your choice of wording.
